Welcome New Year! Recapping a stellar 2019

As phx-IT welcomes the new year, we’d like to take a moment to share some highlights from 2019, which turned out to be a stellar year for our growing business.

We continue to focus our efforts on providing world-class IT service to dozens of businesses in Arizona and abroad representing a wide range of industries – from aviation to nonprofit – and were thrilled to add six new clients with which we look forward to a long-lasting partnership. We take pride in making our IT Support different by ensuring that our technicians are regularly on-site to identify problems and provide prompt solutions to ensure each client experiences optimal productivity.

Along with routine maintenance and trouble-shooting, our technicians’ insights and knowledge are key when it comes to guiding clients through new acquisition of technology as well as ensuring they have the right tools for their business size. In some instances, that may mean analyzing and improving processes, modernizing outdated systems and even “trimming the fat” on technology that may be slowing down and hindering the businesses viability.

This past year also found our team fanning out across the country, assisting other companies on a quest to fight ransomware that threatened to take down businesses in the education, hospitality and financial industries. Phx-IT provided “boots in the ground” in nearly 20 US cities throughout Texas, Georgia, Oregon, Washington, Florida, California and Pennsylvania to move these businesses from a place of uncertainty to confidence that their business would survive the attack.

Of course, all of this work would not be possible without our amazing team. We welcomed Tim Hays, Mark Foley, Derrick Riddenour and Nick Bell in 2019. Our existing team includes Josh Bowe, Hector Monge, Dallas Myers, Jake Phillips, Kyle Smith, Randy Stowe and Steve Wood, guided by our Founder/CEO Nathan Phillips. We continue to experience growth and will be sure to feature new hires on our blog throughout the coming year.

We extend a special thank you to our clients for their trust and to our business partners for their support and look forward with anticipation to all that 2020 has to offer.
